A partnership between the Alabama Community College System and the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship now allows more students to gain paid, on-the-job experience while working toward a degree. All apprentices participating in state-registered programs will be paid while they are training on the job, will have the remainder of their tuition paid by their employer, and can transition directly into full-time work after they earn their credentials.
