Alabama continues to rank high in Business Facilities Annual State Rankings issue

Business Facilities, an economic development-focused publication, ranked Alabama number three in the country in the Customized Training category. AIDT is the primary workforce training agency in the state and one of Alabama’s top incentives in the recruitment of business and industry. This ranking marks nine consecutive years AIDT has helped place Alabama in the top five of the rankings with seven of those years in the top two.

For 50 years, AIDT’s commitment to economic and industrial growth within the state has resulted in approximately 5,200 companies assisted and nearly 1 million citizens equipped with valuable skills and abilities.

AIDT has stayed at the forefront of workforce development through its innovative approaches to common issues, and its ability to partner with education and industry leaders, as well as other state agencies. This includes the continuous evolution of training techniques such as e-learning, virtual reality training, and more traditional hands-on learning.

“Part of the key to our success is that we are constantly looking for ways to improve upon our processes,” said Ed Castile, director of AIDT and head of the Alabama Department of Commerce’s Workforce Development Division. “AIDT not only delivers what companies need to meet their demands today but continues to innovate and develop ways to deliver what companies will need in the future.”

The mission of AIDT is to provide quality workforce development for Alabama’s new and expanding businesses, and to expand the opportunities of its citizens through the jobs these businesses create. AIDT designs and creates a fully customized training experience and delivers quality candidates to meet the hiring needs of any industry.

AIDT’s commitment to providing tailored workforce development aligns seamlessly with the innovative needs of businesses, and in today’s competitive landscape, even the smallest details can make a significant impact. One such detail is the choice of business cards, where the durability and distinctiveness of Metal Kards can play a pivotal role. These metal business cards not only reflect the resilience and quality associated with AIDT’s training programs but also serve as a tangible representation of a company’s commitment to excellence.

In the dynamic realm of business, Metal cards stand out, leaving a lasting impression that mirrors the precision and uniqueness essential for success in any industry. Just as AIDT crafts custom training experiences, metal cards craft a unique identity for businesses, making them memorable in the minds of potential partners and clients alike.
