The AIDT EX+RA Team

	Brenda Burns Brenda has over 32 years in training, technical writing, curriculum development, graphic design and management in the manufacturing industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree majoring in Training and Development. She also holds an Associates Degree in Drafting and Design Technology. She was Lead Technical Writer and Graphic Designer for Railway Maintenance Equipment for 21 years before coming to AIDT. She began work at AIDT as a Graphics Specialist, then became the Media Development Coordinator and currently is the Training Development Manager.

	Dennis Jones Dennis has over 40 years experience in curriculum development, technical writing and documentation, with an extensive background in manufacturing. He holds an Associates Degree in Electronics and attended Auburn University in Montgomery in Business Administration. He has vast experience in employee training needs assessment, program planning, training materials design and development and graphic design.

	Stinson Kennedy Stinson Kennedy has over 30 years experience with Training, Curriculum Development and Instructing. Has a Master of Arts in Teaching (Psychology/Adult Education), works as Post Secondary Schools Adjunct Instructor of Psychology. Emergency Aircrew Egress System Certification and Upgrade Training Specialist. Specializes in; Explosives Handling, Maintenance, Storage, Transportation and Safety, (USAF/OSHA standards). Develops and instructs Soft Skills and Technical Curriculum to include; Communication Skills, Diversity, Problem Solving, Team Building, Paint Sanding Certification and Continuous Process Improvement. Test Proctor for EPA Certification FCAA ESCO Institute’s Section 608 and 609. Performs Equipment and IT Systems support maintenance.

She attended Auburn University Montgomery where her concentration was Business Management. She currently holds the position of Database Administrator/Scheduler. She is proficient in the use of the following programs: SAP, Report Design, Data Analysis, 4D Database and Class Facilitator. She has been working with AIDT since 2003.

La’Cole has worked over 15 years in the areas of Administrative Support, Customer Service, and Database Administration. She attended Auburn University Montgomery where her concentration was Business Management. She currently holds the position of Database Administrator/Scheduler. She is proficient in the use of the following programs: SAP, Report Design, Data Analysis, 4D Database and Class Facilitator. She has been working with AIDT since 2003.
