"On The Job" will also feature this week’s job and training opportunities available through AIDT. This week's show will also be available online after the Dec. 16 broadcast on your local Alabama Public Television channel. This service is part of AIDT Continuous Improvement Team Service available to Alabama employers. AIDT Process Improvement Assessment, provided at no cost, is designed to examine and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and training needs. After assessment and analysis, the AIDT team provides a report that includes positive comments, negative comments and suggestions. AIDT training is available to show employees what improvements are needed and how they can be made.
