On The Job logo"On The Job" series features sports careers

Learn what it takes to conduct athletic training and to produce prepared and conditioned athletes when you watch "On The Job" Sunday, Dec. 16, 2:30 p.m. This closing feature of the three-part series showing jobs and educational opportunities surrounding sports in Alabama provides an on-site view of Troy University programs. While the services you will see are those needed to prepare and keep students ready for athletics, you will also learn where and how to prepare yourself for a career to deliver those services. "On The Job" will also feature this week’s job and training opportunities available through AIDT. This week's show will also be available online after the Dec. 16 broadcast on your local Alabama Public Television channel. Previous shows are currently available for viewing online at <www.onthejobtv.org>. Click on the Archive link.

Solutions and satisfaction come from process improvement
AIDT Process Improvement Assessment improves the quality of products and services and the satisfaction of employees and customers through assessing what is done, how it is done and finding what causes problems. This service is part of AIDT Continuous Improvement Team Service available to Alabama employers. AIDT Process Improvement Assessment, provided at no cost, is designed to examine and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and training needs. After assessment and analysis, the AIDT team provides a report that includes positive comments, negative comments and suggestions. AIDT training is available to show employees what improvements are needed and how they can be made. To schedule process improvement assessment for your company, contact AIDT CI Team Manager Jim Richards at 334-280-4428 or by email  jrichards@aidt.edu.
