On Dec. 7, an "On The Job" float will be part of the Capital City Christmas Parade in downtown Montgomery. Video from the parade will be included in the Dec. 23 show. Leadership Skills training available in February Leadership Skills I is the recommended first course for first-line, team leaders and new supervisors. AIDT Certified Leader credentials are awarded to trainees who successfully complete a comprehensive test given after the class. The class is offered in 2-day and 3-day formats. The next Leadership Skills I training is scheduled February 5-6-7, 2008.
