Leadership Skills lead human resources
A recent trainee drew the following conclusions upon completion of her enrollment in AIDT Leadership Skills :

DEFINE “GOOD” LEADERS
  • Leaders become good leaders through education, training, practice, determination and effort.
  • Leaders maintain fellowship by building respect.
  • Leaders should be able to take the blame and share the credit.
  • Leaders should always remember that they are setting the standard for employees.

WHAT DOES WORK?
  • The minds of the employees are a company’s greatest asset – use it.
  • Asking employees for input before a decision is made is a win-win situation – they will take ownership.
  • Look for the root cause – not someone to blame.
  • Deal with the slackers – they demoralize those that care.
  • Set the example – creditability is everything.

HOW DO WE SHARE THIS AND MORE WITH OUR LEADERS – NEW AND OLD
  • This training of three days, is available to new start up companies as well as those that are growing.
  • The training is provided at no cost to the company by the State of Alabama.
  • A minimum of 10 students is required.
  • Training can be provided on-site, but it is strongly encouraged to do off-site to show commitment to the training without interruptions.
LET’S DO IT!
