Kendall has over 20 years experience in leadership, development and training. She received her B.A. from the University of West Florida in Communication Arts and her Masters Degree in Public Administration. Kendall is a Certified Professional Manager, Achieve Global facilitator and a member of the Alabama Commerce and Information Technology Advisory Committee.

She has experience in Healthcare, Community Outreach, Public Relations, Customer Service, Federal Government Program Management, Project Management, Teambuilding and Workforce Development. Kendall’s style of presenting is engaging as well as educational. She consistently receives excellent scores on her knowledge, enthusiasm and facilitation skills.

Ginger Ingram

Leadership Instructor

Ginger has over 15 years of experience in leadership, curriculum development and training. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Professional Manager and an Achieve Global facilitator. Ginger also earned the CompTia CTT+ Master Trainer Designation in 2006.

Ginger has experience in Continuous Improvement, Office Management, E-Learning, Healthcare, Project Management, Teambuilding and Workforce Development.

Ginger draws from her own personal career experiences, her people skills and her enthusiasm for leadership and teamwork to make training fun. She consistently receives excellent scores on her knowledge, enthusiasm and facilitation skills.

Connie Sator

Leadership Development Developer/Administrative Assistant

Constance has over 30 years experience in Education, Counseling and Guidance and School Social Work. She received her B.S. in Sociology from California State University, Dominguez Hills in Dominguez Hills, California and a Masters in Education, with an emphasis in Pupil Personnel Services from Mount Saint Mary’s College, Los Angeles, California. She has also completed the Administrative Services Credential Program at LaVerne University, LaVerne, California.

Constance has experience in K-12, Adult Education and Workforce Development Training. She is committed to continual learning and this commitment is expressed in her thirst for knowledge. She feels that with continuing education we can move toward the achievement of any goals that we set for ourselves.

Christine Smart

Leadership Development Coordinator

Christine has over 31 years experience in Training, Human Resources and Quality Management. She is a Certified Technical Trainer and has an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Christine is currently attending Talladega College where she is scheduled to graduate in January 2010 with a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management. She brings her years of military service as well as her manufacturing experience to each of her classes.

She has facilitated BasicMOST Analysis, Total Quality Management, Basic Statistical Process Control, and a variety of soft skills.
