Welcome to the AIDT application download page. You must have Adobe Reader on your computer to access and print the application. If you do not have Adobe Reader, a free download is available here.
Instructions

Click the Get Application button to get an application.

Print one copy of the form and complete it using black ink.

If you need another application, click the Get Application button again to get another form with a different "serial number" at the top. Do not make copies of a printed form. Each application must have its own "serial number" which is added when downloaded.

Type or print your information neatly in capital letters.

Mark boxes with X, not a check mark, to answer questions.

You must enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Applications that do not have the last four SSN digits will not be considered.

Mail your completed application to the address specified in the recruitment ad.
