Frank Chestnut

Frank Chestnut has over 22 years of experience in production, sales, training, and management.  Frank has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. He has worked in the following areas: Service Industry-Account Management, Paper Industry-Mill Training, OSHA Trainer, Workforce Development-Job Readiness Program Developer, and Industrial Technical Program Developer. Frank has also earned certifications in the following areas: Training and Development, Assessment Development, Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing. Frank currently serves as a board member of AAMA, Selma-Dallas Industrial Development Board and the Selma City School Board of Education.

Harry Edwards

Harry Edwards has worked over 22 years in manufacturing, computer network administration, and customer service.  Harry has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and an Associates Degree in Computer Network Administration.  Harry has work experience in both heavy and light-industrial manufacturing, computer assembly/networking, and hands-on instruction in Lean Manufacturing. Harry has received professional training in the following areas: Train the Trainer and Alabama Operations Management Institute Lean Manufacturing (AOMI).

Thomas Hert

Thomas Hert has over 35 years of experience in business management, production, training, new plant start up, maintenance and quality. Thomas has studied Business Management at Indiana State. He has worked in the following areas: Management and Technical Training, Total Quality Management (TQM), Demand Flow Technology (DFT), Bilingual (Spanish), Plant Manager in Mexico Maquiladoras (Juarez, Mexico) Operations Manager-Electronics/Furniture Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Coordinator, and plant start-up. Thomas has also earned certifications in the following areas: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Ettice Wilson

Ettice Wilson has over 27 years of experience in the areas of administration, IT, curriculum development, training, and management. Ettice has an Associates Degree in Computer Information Science and is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management. Her work experience includes the following areas: Technical Education, Curriculum Development, Administration, Information Technology, Operations, and Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing).  Ettice currently serves as an Advisory Committee member at Central Alabama Community College.

Jessica Falls

Jessica Falls has over 7 years of experience in the areas of E-Learning, Curriculum Development, Training and Assessments. Jessica has a Master’s degree in Learning and Teaching with Technology and Bachelor’s degree in English. She has worked in the following areas: Technical Writer, E-Learning Specialist and Continuous Improvement Curriculum Developer. During the course of her career, Jessica has earned certificates in Train the Trainer, E-learning, Advanced E-Learning and Designing Learning.
