Alliance Training Programs Training experts agree that one of the keys to developing and retaining quality leaders is training.
AIDT Education Alliances for Leadership Training provide a way to offer quality leadership training through cooperation among employers and AIDT. The sponsors identify the employees who need training; AIDT delivers the solution. Local sponsors (chambers, economic development agencies, new and/or expanding companies, etc.) arrange training logistics. Alliances directly link those who need the training and those who provide it.
