AIDT assists a variety of employers throughout the state by identifying a qualified applicant pool through recruitment, screening and training services. We recruit potential employees through advertisements and announcements, collecting training applications through Alabama Career Centers and other locations, assessing the applicants through application screening and assisting employers with applicant interviews. Applicants who successfully complete AIDT job-specific training are recommended for employment with the company for whom our services are provided.
