AIDT is currently seeking qualified applicants for a facility in Steele, AL.  Thomas & Betts Corporation has exciting opportunities for Welders and Fitters who meet the qualifications.  Starting salary is $13.00 per hour.

Education and requirements for welders include having a one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  A high school diploma or GED is preferred for both Welders and Fitters.  Requirements for fitters include up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must also possess good math skills.  There will be a background check (no felonies) and a pre-employment drug screen also required for both positions.
