The story which was reported this week about ICP in Anniston stated AIDT was taking applications. Unfortunately, the story was slightly incorrect.  AIDT is not accepting applications at the present time for this company.  Please continue to watch the local paper and check back on our website for updates.

New Plant to be Built in Tuscaloosa

Faurecia North America, an automotive supplier, has plans to build a new plant in Tuscaloosa, AL.  The plant will supply parts to MBUSI and employ up to 195 people when full production is reached.

Dr. Freida Hill to take the helm of ACCS December 1

The Alabama State Board of Education on Thursday approved a three‐year contract and a December 1 start date for incoming chancellor Dr. Freida Hill.
The board agreed to pay Hill an annual salary of $289,900, provide her a state car, and pay for moving expenses, a housing allowance, and other customary expenses.

Austal Ribbon Cutting

Michelin Development Opens Office in Opelika
